How Does The Envelope Loyalty Rewards Program Work?

Visit any participating Tommy Pastrami store during the game period and obtain a Tommy Pastrami Surprise Rewards Envelope while supplies last any of the following ways:

1.      Dining at the Tommy Pastrami Location

2.      Picking up a take-out order

3.      Requesting an envelope inside store without purchase

 

How to Play the Game?

Bring in an unopened envelope to a participating store on a day other than when you received your envelope. The cashier or manger will sign and open envelope. The participant is the instant winner of that reward revealed with exception of the JACK POT Reward which may be redeemed at a later date. Reward must be redeemed when the envelope is opened. The envelope cannot be opened by the participant; an opened envelope will invalidate the reward.

For our reward to be valid, an envelope must be brought in, signed and dated by the Tommy Pastrami cashier or manager on the day it is received. The envelope must be presented to cashier prior to the order. Redemption: one coupon per family per each visit during this promotion period. Our rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Each envelope has an expiration date. Participants must redeem reward prior to expiration date.

"Pastrami Wars"

 Tommy Pastrami Contestant Rules and Regulations

• Person must be 18 years old or older

• Participants eat "Pastrami Only" in the competition. There can be no meat substitutes.

• There is no application fee to participate in the "Pastrami Eating" competion.

• Contestants will be required to purchase a "Skyscraper" Pastrami sandwich at the Regular Price.

• Contestants interested in entering the competition can qualify between the hours of 1:30 to 3:00 pm. However, the store has the option to qualify the contestants at any time during business hours if he or she chooses.

• A staff member will time each participant

• Contestant times for eating the "skyscraper" sandwich will be posted on the board for all to see his or her record.

• Results will be posted on the board within the store throughout the competition so if a person wants to improve upon his or her timing, he or she is welcome to do so until the local store event occurs.

• If a contestant wants to improve his or her timing, he or she will be responsible to purchase a "Skyscraper" sandwich at the regular price each and every time they want to improve upon his or her score.

• The top eight contenders that eat the "Skyscraper" pastrami sandwich in the shortest period of time prior to January 14, 2011 will be the finalist to compete with each other in the local store competition on National Pastrami Day which is January 14, 2011.

• The final time for contestants to qualify at each store for the top eight spots will be Wednesday, January 13, 2011 by closing time of that particular store hours.

• The top eight contenders will be given two "Skyscraper" Pastrami sandwiches to be eaten within fifteen minutes.

• The top two contestants that eat and finish the two pastrami sandwiches in the fastest period of time within the fifteen minutes will be the top two finalist to participate in the Tri-County Championship competition .

• The second fastest contestant from each local store competition will receive a $25.00 Complimentary Tommy Pastrami Gift Card and more...

• The top finalist and winner of the local store competition will receive a $50.00 Complimentary Tommy Pastrami Gift Card and more...

• The top two finalists from each store will move forward and compete in the TRi-County Championship Competition held on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 1:00 pm for a total number of twelve (12) Finalists.

• The TRi-County Competition will be held at Tommy Pastrami Huntington Beach store located at 18001 Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach, CA 92618.

• The twelve finalist will compete with each other by eating the "World's Biggest Pastrami" sandwich. The sandwich cannot be picked apart.

• The Winner of the Tri-County Competition will be the contestant who eats the entire "World's Biggest Pastrami" sandwich in the shortest time period within thirty minutes. In the event that no person finishes the sandwich prior to thirty minutes, the final decision of the judges will be based on total weight consumed by each contestant.

• Winner to receive a check for the amount of $500.00 and the Bragging Rights for the year 2011.

• Waiver must be signed by all participants.
